Come join Gregg Frederick and USA BMX National #1 Amateur Girl McKenzie "Skittles" Gayheart for a next level clinic at Orlando BMX May 15, 12-2 PM.

As the mindset coach for McKenzie over the past two years, Gregg will train both the rider and the parent on how to prepare for the Florida BMX State Championships the following weekend.

Come ride and learn from McKenzie and others!  

Did you know that 80% of kids quit sports because of their parents.? From 12-12:30, I will train the parents on how to prepare your racer as well as yourself for a positive racing experience, win or lose.  There is not another BMX clinic out there that will give you the benefit that you and your racer will get from this one.

In addition, all attendees will be invited to a private online refresher on Wednesday the 18th to review the mindset training at the clinic going into Championship weekend!
