Gregg is the Owner and Principal consultant at G3 Development Group.  His background as a $1B sales executive, sales trainer, retail development and peak performance mindset trainer has helped worldwide brands grow, engage and build profitable businesses. His passion for "planting seeds of emergence" in every client interaction has lead him to be sought after by CEO's and high level athletes for 1:1 coaching. 

Daniela Montiel, MS

Daniela is a principal consultant for G3 with a background in healthcare, non-profits and minority owned businesses. Daniela has a Master's Degree in Healthcare Administration from University Central Florida and is a successful woman-minority business owner. Her passion is advocating for children and minority rights.

Dr. Jason Richardson, PsyD, MBA

Dr. Jason Richardson is a principal consultant and trainer for G3DG.  Uniquely qualified with both an MBA and his Doctorate of Psychology and a Pan-American Games winning athlete, Jason is highly sought after for his speaking, leadership development,  business consulting and Championship Life coaching program.
